Can I transfer my user account to another phone?

Absolutely, contact our support team on support@wisepilot.com. Provide the Wisepilot user ID or IMEI of your old phone as well as the IMEI of your new phone and they’ll help you transfer the account. If any of the devices is an iPhone, please always provide the Wisepilot user ID of this device rather than the IMEI.
