[2013-11-12] User forum guidelines

Appello Support Team -

To make the experience here at the Appello user forum as pleasant and helpful as possible there are a few things we would like to ask of our users:

* Please note that the official forum language is English. You are of course welcome to enter your issues in any language you prefer, but you can unfortunately not expect to get an answer from our support staff or technicians if you don’t post in English.

* We do encourage all of you to post new issues and discuss with each other, but if you have a problem with the app it might be worth the time to check if other users are experiencing the same thing as you. Check the FAQ category or search among all issues (there is a very convenient search bar available on the main page). Please also keep an eye on the News section where we will post information about major events/issues such as for example server maintenance or version releases.

* When posting a new issue or answering someone else’s post, please remember to keep a friendly and polite tone. You’ll get further with honey than with vinegar and we’re all here to help each other to the best user experience possible.

* Even though the forum is moderated by our support staff and technicians they unfortunately don’t have the possibility to respond to every single post. If you have an urgent issue and need help we suggest that you contact our support staff instead by submitting a request via the main page.
